Float’s leadership team knew they had a product that Canadian SMBs needed—their product does many, many, many, great things. It is so many things, it was hard to to know where to start and what to call it when introducing it their market, who are already busy trying to make businesses go.
After working with intensely with Renga, going through workshops, answering a lot of questions and some lengthy debates, one thing always rose to the top; they wanted to give businesses the runway they needed to take off with no hurdles.
That’s when the message became clear; they were the smart and simple way to manage company spending. This lead us to developing the brand’s core ethos of ‘Business spending as it should be’ and making the brand’s identity to be both bold and clear, while balancing ease and a witty spirit. We devised a toolkit that helped sort the communication of their extensive offering.
The launch was well-received, garnering $37M in seed money and quickly became the go-to for many notable Canadian businesses like as Knix, Forma.ai, Zensurance, and Clutch. As they’ve grow, we’ve continued our relationship to expand the brand.
